Workshop Description

The STAR Outcomes workshops are designed to give participants a solid set of tools and strategies to reach their goals by designing a real plan for success that aligns with their mission. 

During the first workshop - Mission to the STARS - we work through clarifying or even creating your mission and vision.  We also work through creating your STAR Outcome.   At the end of this 2 to 3 hour workshop you'll have a useful and meaningful vision statement, mission statement, and guiding STAR Outcome which lay the foundation for the second workshop - Stepping to Your STAR.

In Stepping to Your STAR we go through the details of mapping out your goals, objectives, and activities. At the end of this 2 to 3 hour workshop, you have a logic model and your goals are clear.

In Stepping to Your Star you'll step through defining real actions and determine how they will impact your goals. 

In Act Like a STAR we'll break down your goals for clear action by specifying targets, benchmarking, and even learning how to monitor your progress and stay accountable.
Through a three part workshop series or individualized consulting and coaching, learn how to develop STAR Outcomes and in the process, clarify or create your mission, your vision, and design your map to success.





These workshops are for anyone who desires to have a path to achieving the results you really want.  Leaving this workshop you'll have your primary goal mapped out and you’ll have the tools you need to map out any goal from now on.
